For many of our projects, we recommend a traditional project delivery method known as design-build. In this process, the same entity provides design and construction service which offers the benefit of a single point of contact and responsibility, more quality control during construction, and better flexibility to adjust to changes and tight schedules. With a foundation in both disciplines, our staff excels at planning for the realities of construction during the design phase and then maintaining the aspirations of the design during the construction phase.
